A former member of the Romanian Constitutional Court, he put his experience, passion, calmness and above all wisdom, at the service of our mission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ambassador Musneci declared, \u201cI will personally miss his quiet, soft-spoken, but wise comments and recommendations that helped all of us to find not only technical solutions but, more importantly, to regain the spirit of brotherhood at the base of our activities.
