It was a great joy to welcome last Sunday in the Order Vákár István and Gergő Hegedüs in a celebration in Satu Mare, officiated by the Bishop of Satu Mare, H.E. Schönberger Jenő and co-celebrated by the chief Chaplain father Gabriel Popa and the Chaplain Stelian Veres.
The Ascension Cathedral from Satu Mare was full of family and friends of the new members as well as many members of the Order in Romania starting from the President of the Association, Count Tibor Kálnoky, the Hospitaller Mihály Dénes and the Ambassador of the Order of Malta to Romania, H.E. Roberto Musneci.
Fellow knights also joined from Hungary and Canada on their way to Ukraine to share this happy moment.
The Relief Corp Serviciul de Ajutor Maltez în România, has a very large presence in Satu Mare and assists many disadvantaged communities in all the County.
