Today, Ambassador Musneci met in Rome with Mrs. Adina Lovin, Romania charge’ d’Affaires by the Sovereign Order and the Holy See.

Mrs. Lovin and our Ambassador discussed plans to mark, throughout the year, the 90th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Romania and the  Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Malta.

Several events have been discussed jointly or separately but always in the coordinated fashion that shows the excellent relations between Romania and our Sovereign Order.

Such relations are based not only on the works of our volunteers in Romania serving the Poor and the Sick but also on the recognition of the value of humanitarian and faith diplomacy that our Sovereign Order expresses in all countries where it is present. All these activities are hallmarks of our Sovereign Order and inextricably intertwined.
