The first day of the celebration of the Prayer of the Unity of Christian’s took place on the 18th of January and representatives of all Christian Confessions participated  at the Roman Catholic Archbishopric presided by Mitropolit Archbishop Aurel Perca.

The joint Prayer was the first celebration of a series and H.E. The Archbishop specifically invited the Ambassador and our Order to attend.

The prayer was attended not only by the Ambassador, but also by some of our AROM Chaplains (Don Gabriel Popa and Msg. Mario Codamo) and a few SAMR volunteers.

The celebration was followed by a reception where our Ambassador shared views on social problems with representatives of other Christian Confessions and, in particular, members of the Roman Ortodox Church.

Among the participants was H.E. Nunzio Apostolico, Miguel Maury Buendia and representatives of Greco-Catholic Church, Romanian Ortodox Church, Armenian Church, Evanghelic  Lutheran Church and Reformed Calvinist Church.

The Ambassador also took part in the second day of the Celebration in the Armenian Church presided by HE Archbishop Datev Hagopian.
