Back from Beregovo, the pleasure to spend a few minutes with all the regional branches SAMR directors at the opening of their National Committee. An opportunity to thank them and their teams for their great work to help the poor and the sick everyday and for having responded so effectively to the unexpected crisis in Ukraine.
After the working visit in Solotvyno, on Friday, we visited the Order of Malta logistic center in Beregovo Ukraine some 30 km from the border in Halmeu.
Today we visited together with colleagues from SAMR, the mayor of Solotvino in Ukraine, just across the border in Sighetu Marmatei.

As in the whole world, last Friday His Holiness Pope Francis consecrated Ukraine and Russia to the Holy heart of the Virgin Mary.
We had the pleasure to be invited by HE Miguel Maury Buendia, Apostolic Nuncio in Romania and Moldova to one of his awarding ceremonies.
Saturday, 5h of March, Mrs. Marialaura Ciampoli-Musneci was invested as Dame of Magistral Grace, Monsignor Mario Codamo as Magistral Chaplain, and Mrs. Ilona Fari-Palko took the vows of obedience, becoming the first Romanian Dame of the second class.
Morning of the 5th of March, the 2nd SAMR center in Bucharest was blessed in St. Anthony Parish. The blessing was given by HE Au rel Perca, Archbishop of Bucharest, in presence of several members of Serviciul de Ajutor Maltez, Romanian Association and Suor Amabile,
