The Romanian Diplomacy Annual Meeting (RADR) recently unfolded in Bucharest these days. Keynote speaker Nicolae Ciuca, President of the Senate, discussed priorities amidst the Ukraine conflict, including Schengen access and support for the diaspora. Economic diplomacy's focus on energy, food security, climate change, and digital transformation was highlighted. Romania's enduring Euro-Atlantic stance and strategic partnerships, notably with the US, were emphasized. Accredited diplomats gathered for the forum and protocol reception which facilitated networking among diplomats.
